Physical Therapy Session
Senior Therapy

Our physical and occupational therapy home care services offer comprehensive care for patients in the comfort of their own homes. We provide assessment and treatment for neuromuscular disorders and pain, therapeutic exercises, mobility training, wheelchair seating and positioning, caregiver education, and modalities for pain control. Our services cater to a range of conditions, including decreased balance, stroke/neurological disorders, pain, falls, difficulty walking, joint replacement, arthritis, spinal stenosis, Alzheimer's disease, and fibromyalgia.

What We Do

  • Home safety assessment and instructions

  • Assessment and treatment of neuromuscular disorders

  • Assessment and treatment of pain

  • Instruction in therapeutic exercises, gait training, transfers, and functional mobility

  • Wheelchair seating and positioning assessment

  • Caregiver education

  • Modalities for pain control and/or neuromuscular re-education: Heat/ice, ultrasound, TENS (Transcutaneous Electric Nerve Stimulation), neuromuscular stimulator

  • Assessment of and treatment with the following types of equipment: Assistive ambulation device, cervical and lumbar traction, prosthetic and orthotic devices, ADL adaptive equipment
